Return & Exchange
RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD OF TIME
1. Refunds not applicable on sale or promotional items.
2. Exchanges (full price items): 30 days from date of purchase
3. Exchanges (sale items): 30 days from date of purchase. Sale items are accepted as an exchange of size or colour, within the same style. You cannot exchange a jewellery item for another
4. Refunds (full price items): 30 days from date of purchase
1. You may Return/Exchange any purchased item (s), excluding sale items, for purchases within Australia at your own Return/Exchange postage cost.
2. All Return/Exchange items must be in a new/original, unwashed, unaltered, and unused condition, with all the original packaging and labeling tags attached and returned in good condition also.
3. If you would like to Return/Exchange an item (s) please notify us by email at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase date. At this stage you will receive an RA Number to be recorded on your Return/Exchange sheet, and all further return details.
RETURN/EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. TEE INK returns department operates Monday-Friday. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours. We will inform you by email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
2. Please note that NO Returns or Exchanges can be made in person at the warehouse. Please contact customer service if you have special requirements regarding this.
3. TEE INK cannot accept COD deliveries.
4. Please note that if you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to TEE INK in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
5. No return or exchange on international orders.

2. 15% cancellation fee applies.
3. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date.
4. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
